I completed my RICS accredited Bsc(Hons) Building Surveying degree at Kingston University 2012. Previously having worked as an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for several years producing EPC's. Working as a Registered Valuer (VRS) and Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS) since 2013 on behalf of several large national surveying firms covering South London and the South East. I started up on my own as a consultant during 2020 and now mainly cover Sussex and the South Coast.

I undertake the following work:
RICS Level 2 Survey
A visual inspection of areas that are reasonably accessible. The survey looks for serious problems that are readily evident, but does not go into detail on the structural integrity of the property
Red Book Valuations
A formal report on the current market value of your property. To help calculate this market value, I will look at three comparable properties that have recently been sold in the same or similar area
